I have a BFA in Sculpture and over 15 years of experience in the technology field creating websites and interactive educational solutions. I've always seemed to have the ability to take multiple items (whether they be found objects as in art, or in my current field, technology components or teams) and craft a product/solution from them. I am an extremely visual person and I believe my talents in the arts enhance my ability to see how various pieces fit together when others may not. I am very interested in sharing the arts with others believing that all persons are inherently driven to create and are creative.
My career has evolved from design and development of technology solutions to managing a team in which I have acquired rewarding experiences in working with people through coaching and building relationships. These experiences have peaked my interest in exploring human connections and how sharing through the written word, art, or technology (but most importantly through bringing one's authentic self to a conversation) can change the dynamic of a team, improve the quality of one's life, and nurture communities.
