While I am familiar with this type of meeting, it has been some time since the early days when I learned about Corporate University best practices (Boston, MA) and viewed presentations such as Bell Labs' hosting of full day informal brainstorms with wall to wall whiteboards to harvest new ideas from employees.

I plan to attend as a virtual camper if unable to attend in person.
